Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. However, we will do our utmost to expedite the process and keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Methods:

South Africa: Flat-rate nationwide courier delivery with tracking provided.
International: Tracked courier delivery is available for selected international destinations, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates:

South Africa: Flat-rate nationwide courier delivery is R79.
Europe: International courier delivery is R950.
North America: International courier delivery to the United States and Canada is R950.

Delivery Times:

South Africa: 1–2 business days.
International: Delivery to Europe, the United States, and Canada takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Returns:

Returns are valid within 14 working days.
For hygiene reasons, dancewear must not have been worn.
